FREE CLICK AND COLLECT IN STORE - THE FORGE SHOPPING CENTRE OR KINGDOM SHOPPING CENTRE
You can remove the shipping cost by collecting your order directly from our store. When you place your order online select the Click and Collect option at checkout, your order will then be available for collection within a few hours during working hours.
Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email giving an approximate time. You can contact us regarding your click & collect on our Facebook page, our Instagram or by email.
For collection you must provide us with your order number and one piece of ID from the following:
- Driving Licence
- Bank Card
- Passport.
If you wish to return the item for an exchange then you must email us, once confirmation has been given for collection/exchange then you can exchange the item(s) in store. Regarding refunds for any return, this can be handled in store with your order ID but will be passed on to our web team for the online refund process.
WEEKEND AND BANK HOLIDAY DELIVERY
Please note that we are unable to offer a UK delivery service on Bank Holidays so please allow an extra working day for deliveries . All orders placed at the weekend and holidays are processed the next working day.
WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS TAX AND IMPORT DUTIES?
Depending on the value of your order your parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs.
Unfortunately, these charges are out of our hands and vary widely from country to country, so we are unable to predict what your particular charges may be. For more accurate information we suggest contacting your local customs office in order to ensure that you are not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.
UK DELIVERY - WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If you choose to have your goods delivered to UK Mainland then we aim to deliver your goods within the service chosen for delivery (this excludes weekends and bank holidays) from the day on which the order was made and orders placed no later than 12:00pm Thursday's for delivery for Friday. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday provided this isn't a bank holiday.
Next Day UK Delivery - Orders must be placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday can expect delivery on the next working day (Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday or Tuesday .
Standard UK Delivery - Orders can be expected within 1-3 working days. Orders will not be delivered during the weekend or bank holidays.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that you will receive the goods within such estimated delivery times as it depends on courier services but we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your order yourself. Any delays are out with our control.
Highlands & Islands - The following postcodes may receive their order within 3-5 working days independent of the delivery service chosen: AB (All), BT (All), DD (All), DG (All), FK (All), IV (All), KA (All), KW (All), KY (All), ML (All), PA (All), PH (All), TD (All), GY ( All), HS ( All), IM ( All), JE (All), TR21, TR22, TR23, TR24, TR25, ZE1, ZE2, ZE3 Channel Islands, Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Shetlands.
WHAT DELIVERY CARRIERS DO YOU USE?
We ship worldwide using different couriers according to the charges and policies of the country in question. We primarily use DPDLocal for domestic orders and UPS for international orders.
WHAT IF NO ONE IS IN?
A signature will always be required for delivery and if there is no one available to take delivery, a card may be left to advise you, this will confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot or postal office.
You can then contact them to arrange a collection or to schedule a new delivery date.
M1 Clothing are not liable for the refund or replacement of items when the terms of delivery have been changed by the customer.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If, for whatever reason, you do not receive your order please notify us within 7 days of dispatch. If you do not contact us within 7 days, we will not be held responsible for the order.
If your parcel has been sent to a Post Office or Postal Depot and you do not collect the parcel, we will not issue a refund until the parcel is returned to us.
